Before Real Estate
Before earning her license in 2014, Rhonda spent years as Director of Sales for Six Flags Theme Parks. She was relocated by the company from Louisville to Los Angeles, then to Atlanta, and ultimately back home to Louisville — giving her firsthand experience with every stage of the corporate relocation process. She knows what it feels like to uproot your life for a job, find a home in an unfamiliar city, and eventually find your way back. That experience makes her especially effective with relocation clients — both those arriving in Louisville and those leaving. Add to that the negotiation skills, client management instincts, and calm-under-pressure approach she developed leading high-volume sales teams, and you get an agent who has genuinely been where her clients are.
A Louisville Native
Rhonda was born and raised here. She’s not someone who moved to Louisville and learned the ZIP codes — she grew up in them. That local knowledge, combined with 12 years of transaction experience across the metro, means she can give you context that goes beyond what any website can show you.
